Manufacturing Process
Our advanced manufacturing technology ensures superior quality aramid honeycomb cores through a precise multi-step process:
- Paper Stacking: Each layer of aramid paper is folded with equal spacing between adjacent folds
- Gluing Process: Adhesive strips are applied at intervals according to creases, with strip width equal to half the spacing distance
- Layer Stacking: Multi-layer aramid paper with adhesive strips is stacked in staggered layers with complete overlap
- Hot Pressing: Glued multi-layer paper undergoes hot pressing to create honeycomb laminate
- Stretching & Shaping: Honeycomb laminate is stretched after water soaking and oven-shaped to required cell size
