Product Overview
Honeycomb core is a high-density material used as the core material for sandwich structures. Manufactured from aramid fiber paper impregnated with resin (approximately 50% resin content), these hexagonal cell structures provide exceptional strength-to-weight ratios. The shear strength along the L direction is approximately twice that of the W direction. Primary applications include aircraft radomes, radar domes, aircraft flooring, and rudder systems.
